I really love flowers. They make a home feel so warm and cheery. These hyacinths are bright and cheery, even if I don't have a pot for them, and they smell absolutely delicious. I have them in my kitchen window. I also got some other flowers such as daffodils and some other ones that have a german name but the flowers are all ready gone. Darn.
I am hoping to slowly add more flowers and then next year I will be set. I would like to get some better indoor flowers because these are more for outdoors. If I had my own garden I would plant tons of things in it. I seem to be able to grow things outside without too much assistance but my green thumb does not extend to the indoors.

I love hyacinths too. I had some of the blue/purplish ones at my wedding. We planted tulips and are waiting for them to blossom!
Oh Hyacinths are some of my favorite flowers - they smell so amazing! Oh, it makes me want a yard and flower garden so bad!
